What You’ll Do
- Perform professional surface prep, priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Work on commercial and industrial projects — interior and exterior
- Support and help lead painting crews to maintain top-quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols (OSHA, CCS, and company procedures)
- Communicate clearly with team leads and project managers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work overtime during peak season
