Training & Education
Every Connor-hired team member receives comprehensive, ongoing training so you can be confident that everyone on site is properly trained in CCS (Coalition For Construction Safety) safety practices, equipment utilization, and more.
Industry Certifications
We maintain several industry certifications to ensure our safety standards are always up-to-date. Our CCS (Coalition for Construction Safety), OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications guarantee that you’ll receive one of the safest work environments in the industry. We’ve even been a multi-year winner of the Coalition for Construction and Safety Zero Injury Award.

Certifications & Affiliations
As a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through WBENC and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through NMSDC, we maintain strong credentials at both local and state levels in Indiana. Our certifications include DBE and ACDBE status with federal airport projects, along with WBE and MBE certifications through the city of Indianapolis and state of Indiana. We actively engage with our business community through memberships in IndyCREW, NAWBO, IFMA, BOMA, and other professional organizations.
