What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading painting crews (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew on commercial and industrial painting projects
- Handle surface prep, priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying with precision
- Manage daily workflow, job quality, and safety compliance
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
- Model leadership, accountability, and respect on every job site
